Doug Fleet
Doug Fleet is a Kansas City REALTOR® with Fleet & Associates at Weichert, Realtors® Welch & Company, specializing in new construction and residential real estate throughout the Kansas City metro. With a background in finance, homebuilder pricing, and property management, Doug brings an analytical perspective and firsthand industry knowledge to clients buying or selling a home.
Doug graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in finance. Before joining Fleet & Associates, Doug worked in pricing for Rodrock Homes, an established Kansas City-area new construction homebuilder. That experience gives him valuable insight into the new construction process, including builder pricing, contracts, upgrades, and the many decisions buyers encounter when building a home. Doug earned his degree in Finance from Kansas State University and previously managed residential rental properties, experience that also helps him advise clients evaluating homes and real estate investment opportunities. In addition to new construction, Doug represents buyers and sellers throughout the Kansas City resale market.
Outside of real estate, Doug enjoys spending time with his wife, their daughter, and their two dogs. When he’s not spending time with his family, there's a good chance you'll find him on the golf course, at the lake, planning his next trip, or finding a trail to hike.
