Debbie Fleet is a Kansas City REALTOR® with more than 20 years of experience helping buyers and sellers throughout the Kansas and Missouri real estate markets. As team lead of Fleet & Associates at Weichert, Realtors® Welch & Company, Debbie leads a team of experienced real estate professionals that consistently closes more than $20 million in annual sales volume.

For more than 17 years, Debbie has ranked among the top 1% of Kansas City-area real estate agents. She has also received the Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction Award every year since 2009. Licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, Debbie works throughout the greater Kansas City metro, with extensive experience in Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, Leawood, Waldo, Lee's Summit, and beyond. She specializes in residential resale, relocation, new construction, and real estate investment. As the owner of rental properties herself, Debbie also brings firsthand investment experience to clients evaluating rental properties and other real estate opportunities.

Debbie has called Kansas City home for more than 30 years and combines deep knowledge of the local market with strong negotiation skills and a warm, approachable style. Before beginning her real estate career, she earned a degree in Education from Arizona State University and taught in the Shawnee Mission School District. She remains active in her church and giving back to the community. When she isn't talking real estate, she can usually be found on a golf course or pickleball court with her husband, reading a good book, or—her favorite role of all—spending time with her three grandchildren.
